There are a few different kinds of automations that can be set up on StudioNow:
Automatic Creator Invitations: StudioNow provides you with an option to automate the creator invitation process when creating your project. Select "invite the best-matched creators," and once your project is launched, invitations will automatically be sent to the top auto-suggested creators. Unless you have auto-assignment turned on (see below), you will still have the ability to manually assign your choice of creator from the applications that come in.
Automatic Creator Assignment: StudioNow has options for automatically assigning creators to your project. If auto-assignment he first creator who applies and is on your roster. Your roster is like a pre-approved list for your account: creators will be automatically invited, and only creators on your roster can be automatically assigned. Scheduling & Rescheduling: If you need to schedule photo or video shoots with 3rd parties (for example, a hospitality brand needing to coordinate schedules between a creator and a hotel location), StudioNow can automatically streamline the scheduling process. We set up custom scheduling forms that integrate with our platform directly, so that you can send the form or even create a webpage for the 3rd parties you'd like to schedule with. When they fill in the key details and their availability, a project will be automatically created, and the invited creators will select the time option that works best for them, so that you don't have to play middle-man anymore.
