Communicating with StudioNow and Clients on a Project

It's important to stay communicative with your main contacts on a project. Most communication is done through messaging. 

To use messaging: 

1. Navigate to your project and check out the messaging sidebar on the right.
2. You can start a message thread as soon as you apply to a project.
3. To chat, type your message in the message text box, and click enter. 
4. You can share links and attachments via messaging if you need to.
5. To get someones attention, we highly recommend @ mentioning them by typing "@" and selecting the user from the list. 

If you have a StudioNow producer managing the project (look for "(StudioNow)" after their name when hovering over the stakeholders), direct all questions about the creative requirements to the producer.
