If you have general questions about your briefs, please contact your StudioNow point of contact or submit a support ticket from in the app. To submit a support ticket, please click the blue "Support?" button in the bottom right of your screen, and we will address your questions or technical issues as soon as possible.

If your questions are regarding a specific project and a producer is assigned to your project, please message that producer directly in the platform by typing "@" and the producer's name.
