We cannot assign you to projects until your identity has been verified. If you see "invalid" under "direct deposit" in payment settings, click the button next to it to visit your dashboard. This dashboard is hosted by Stripe who processes our secure payments and issues our 1099-NECs.
Once you are on your Stripe Express dashboard, click your person avatar in the top right corner, navigate to wherever you see an error (likely in "professional details" or "personal details").
