It's important to stay communicative with your main contacts on a project. Most communication is done through messaging.
To use messaging:
- Navigate to your project and check out the messaging sidebar on the right.
- You can start a message thread as soon as you apply to a project.
- To chat, type your message in the message text box, and click enter.
- You can share links and attachments via messaging if you need to.
- To get someones attention, we highly recommend @ mentioning them by typing "@" and selecting the user from the list.
If you have a StudioNow producer managing the project (look for "(StudioNow)" after their name when hovering over the stakeholders), direct all questions about the creative requirements to the producer.
